GETTING STARTED
What is ParkPulse?
ParkPulse is a worldwide theme park news and community platform with park information, live wait times for supported parks, personalised features and ParkPulse Passport.
Is ParkPulse free to use?
Yes. ParkPulse is free to use. You can browse parks and available wait times without an account. Some features, including full news articles and personalised or community features, require a free account.
Why should I create a ParkPulse account?
A free account gives you access to full news articles, comments, notifications, followed parks, favourite rides, the For You page, ParkPulse Passport and your public community profile.
WAIT TIMES
Where does ParkPulse get its wait times?
ParkPulse uses external wait-time data for supported theme parks and attractions. The information is retrieved through ParkPulse and displayed in an easy-to-use overview.
Are the wait times always accurate?
Wait times are an indication of current conditions and can change quickly. A park may also update a ride status before that change reaches ParkPulse, so always follow official information in the park when it matters.
How often are wait times updated?
ParkPulse refreshes wait-time information regularly while the Wait Times page is in use. The displayed data depends on when updated information is available from the external source.
Why is a ride shown as closed when it is actually open?
Ride closures and reopenings can happen quickly. There may be a short delay before a status change from the source is reflected on ParkPulse.
Why can’t I find wait times for a certain park?
Live wait times are only shown for parks supported by the current ParkPulse wait-time data. Parks without supported live data can still appear elsewhere on ParkPulse.
PARKS & PARKPULSE PASSPORT
What is ParkPulse Passport?
ParkPulse Passport is your personal theme park collection. It keeps track of parks you have visited, parks you want to visit and parks for which you are a passholder.
What is the difference between Follow, Visited and Want to Visit?
Follow adds a park to your interests and helps build your personalised For You news feed. Visited adds it to your ParkPulse Passport. Want to Visit saves it as a park you would like to visit in the future.
Can a park be both Visited and Want to Visit?
No. Marking a park as Visited removes it from Want to Visit, and marking it as Want to Visit removes it from Visited.
What happens when I select Passholder?
Passholder marks you as a current passholder for that park. ParkPulse also adds the park to Visited and removes it from Want to Visit.
How do I remove a park from my Passport?
Select an active Visited, Want to Visit or Passholder button again to remove that status.
What does the Passport map show?
The interactive Passport map gives you a visual overview of the parks in your Passport, including parks you have visited and parks you want to visit.
Can I add a park that is not listed on ParkPulse?
Not currently. Passport choices are based on parks available in the ParkPulse park database.
FOR YOU & FAVOURITES
What is the For You page?
For You is your personal ParkPulse dashboard. It shows news from parks you follow and gives you quick access to your favourite rides and their available live wait times.
How do I add a favourite ride?
When a supported attraction is shown on the Wait Times page, use the favourite option to save it. Your saved rides then appear on your For You page.
Why is a favourite ride shown as unavailable?
ParkPulse may not have current live data for that attraction at that moment. This can happen when the ride or park is not returning usable wait-time information.
ACCOUNTS & PROFILES
I created an account but cannot log in. What should I do?
New accounts must be activated using the link sent by email. Check your inbox and spam folder. If needed, use the resend activation option from ParkPulse.
I did not receive my activation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you registered with the correct email address. You can request a new activation email. If the problem continues, contact ParkPulse at info@parkpulse.info.
Can I change my profile information?
Yes. From Profile you can update your profile image URL, location, favourite attraction, bio and your ParkPulse light or dark appearance.
What does “Keep me logged in” do?
If selected when you log in, ParkPulse can remember your login on that device so you do not have to sign in again every time you return.
Is my email address visible on my public profile?
No. Public profiles can show profile and ParkPulse activity information, but your account email address is not displayed as public profile information.
COMMENTS & NOTIFICATIONS
Why is my comment not visible yet?
New comments are submitted for moderation. They become publicly visible after they have been approved by a ParkPulse moderator.
Will I know if my comment is approved or rejected?
Yes. ParkPulse can send an in-site notification when your comment is approved or rejected.
Can I edit or delete my own comment?
Yes, for a limited time. ParkPulse currently allows you to edit or delete your own comment within 15 minutes after posting it.
Can I like, reply to or report a comment?
Yes. Logged-in members can like comments, reply to them and report comments to the ParkPulse moderators. Mentions in comments are also supported.
What notifications can I receive?
ParkPulse notifications currently include replies, mentions, comment moderation updates and news from parks you follow.

Does ParkPulse sell my personal information?
